Common questions about WPS Filter on Android usually involve finding the entry, understanding filtered results, and using membership-related export options.

FAQ

Why can’t I see the filter arrows after I tap Filter?

  1. Make sure the current file is a spreadsheet instead of another document type.
  2. Check whether you already opened Tools → Data or the row and column floating menu bar.
  3. Confirm that the sheet has a header row or that you selected the target rows or columns.
  4. Tap Filter again and check whether drop-down arrows appear next to the column headers.

Does filtering delete my original data?

  1. No. Filtering only hides rows that do not match the current condition.
  2. When you remove the filter or turn Filter off, the original rows appear again.
  3. If you want a separate output of the filtered data, use the membership-related export option.

Why does copying filtered data only copy visible rows?

  1. This is a common result when a filter is active.
  2. The visible area represents the rows that match the current condition, so copying usually follows the visible result.
  3. If you need the full data range, remove the filter or turn Filter off before copying.

Why can’t I use Export filtered results?

  1. Make sure you already applied a filter and opened the filter menu for the target column.
  2. Check whether the option shows a membership indicator.
  3. If your account does not include the required membership benefit yet, subscribe first and then try again.
  4. You can review subscription options on the pricing page.
