How-to Guide
1. Copy Cells
Entry path: Long-press a cell → Floating menu → Copy
- Long-press the cell that contains the content you want to copy.
- Drag the selection border to adjust the range.
- Tap Copy in the floating menu.
Success Criteria
- The selected area remains highlighted.
- You can continue by pasting into another target cell.
Tips While Using
- If you copy before adjusting the range, the copied area may be incomplete.
2. Paste Cells
Entry path: Long-press the target cell → Floating menu → Paste
- Long-press the target cell where you want to paste.
- Tap Paste in the floating menu.
Success Criteria
- The target cell shows the copied content.
- Content and formatting are pasted together, and you can continue editing or save the file.
Tips While Using
- Check the target location before pasting so you do not overwrite existing data.
3. Cut Cells
Entry path: Long-press a cell → Floating menu → Cut
- Long-press the cell you want to cut.
- Tap Cut in the floating menu.
- Long-press the target location and paste to complete the move.
Success Criteria
- The original content is moved to the target location.
- You can continue reorganizing the spreadsheet or editing more cells.
Tips While Using
- After cutting, paste as soon as possible so you do not lose track of the target position.
