1. Apply Cell Styles

Entry path: Home tab → Cell Styles drop-down menu

  1. Select the cell or cells where you want to apply a style.
  2. Click Cell Styles on the Home tab.
  3. Choose the style you want from the style gallery, such as Good, Bad, Neutral, Title, or number-related styles.
  4. Click the target style to apply it to the selected cells.

2. Create a Custom Cell Style

  4. Enter a style name.
  5. Click Format to set font, border, fill, and related options.
