1. Apply a Cell Style

Entry: Home tab → Cell Styles drop-down menu

  1. Select the cells where you want to apply a style.
  2. Click Cell Styles on the Home tab.
  3. Choose the style you want from the gallery, such as Good, Bad, Neutral, Title, or a number-format style.
  4. Click the target style to apply it to the selected cells.

Success Criteria

  • Visual result: the selected range shows updated font, border, fill, or number formatting.

2. Create a Custom Cell Style

  5. Click Format to set the font, border, fill, and related options.
