How-to Guide
1. Keep Content
Feature path: Member Exclusive → Smart Toolbox → Insert → Keep Content
- Select the cell range you want to process.
- Click the Member Exclusive tab.
- Select Smart Toolbox to open the related tools.
- Click the Insert drop-down menu and choose Keep Content.
- Select the content type you want to keep, such as Chinese characters, numbers, or English letters.
- Click OK to apply the change.
Success Criteria
- The selected cells keep only the chosen content type.
- Unneeded content has been removed.
- The worksheet remains editable and can be saved.
Tips While Using
- Check the selected range before applying the change so unrelated cells are not affected.

2. Insert Text at Beginning
Feature path: Member Exclusive → Smart Toolbox → Insert → Insert Text → Insert Text at Beginning
- Select the cell range where you want to insert text.
- Click the Member Exclusive tab.
- Select Smart Toolbox.
- Click the Insert drop-down menu, then open the Insert Text menu.
- Click Insert Text at Beginning.
- Enter the text you want to add in batches.
- Click OK.
Success Criteria
- The specified text has been added to the beginning of each selected cell.
- The original content order remains unchanged.
- You can continue saving, undoing, or editing the worksheet.

3. Insert Text in the Middle
Feature path: Member Exclusive → Smart Toolbox → Insert → Insert Text → Insert Text in the Middle
- Select the cell range where you want to insert text.
- Click the Member Exclusive tab.
- Select Smart Toolbox.
- Click the Insert drop-down menu, then open the Insert Text menu.
- Click Insert Text in the Middle.
- Set the insertion position, such as after the Nth character from the left or right.
- Enter the text to insert and click OK.

- Click Insert Text at End.
- Enter the text you want to append.
- Click OK.
