How-to Guide
1. Apply bold
Entry path: Tools → Home → Bold
- Select the cell that contains the text you want to emphasize.
- Tap Tools at the bottom.
- Open the Home tab.
- Tap Bold.
- Check whether the selected text now appears in bold.

- Visual result: the text in the selected cell appears heavier and more prominent.
- Next action available: you can continue typing, apply other formatting, or save the file.

2. Apply bold to a full row or column
Entry path: Select a full row or column → Tools → Home → Bold
- Tap the row number or column label to select the full range you want to format.
- Tap Tools at the bottom.
- Open the Home tab.
- Tap Bold.
- Confirm that the text in the selected row or column is now bold.
Success Criteria
- Visual result: text across the current selection appears in bold.
- Next action available: you can continue applying other text formatting to the same selection.

3. Remove bold
Entry path: Select bold text → Tools → Home → Bold
- Select the cell or range that already uses bold formatting.
- Tap Tools at the bottom.
- Open the Home tab.
- Tap Bold again.
- Confirm that the text returns to normal weight.

- Visual result: the previously bold text no longer appears bold.
