1. Open Version History

Entry point: Tap the top-right menu icon → Version History

  1. Open the cloud document you want to review.
  2. Tap the top-right menu icon.
  3. Tap Version History in the list.
  4. Review the version list for the current document.

2. Name a Version

  4. Tap Name.
  5. Enter a name and tap Confirm to finish.

3. Preview a Version

  5. Review the content of that earlier version.

4. Restore a Version

Entry point: Tap the top-right menu icon → Version History → target version ... → Restore This Version

  5. Wait for the file to return to the selected earlier state.
