Why can't I type in the text box?
- Confirm that the current file is in editable status.
- Double-tap inside the text box and check whether typing mode is active.
- If the sheet is currently in fit-to-screen viewing status, switch back to edit mode and try again.
Will the text box print with the spreadsheet?
- The text box is usually printed together with the spreadsheet as an object in the sheet.
- If you do not want it to print, delete it before printing.
- You can also move it away from the area you plan to output and then review the print result.
Why did the text box move after I changed the spreadsheet?
- A text box is a floating object and is not fixed to a single cell.
- When the sheet structure, zoom level, or visible area changes, its position may also change.
- It is helpful to check text box positions after major sheet layout changes are finished.
