1. Add a signature

Feature entry: Tools → Insert → Signature

  1. Tap Tools at the bottom.
  2. Select the Insert tab.
  3. Tap Signature.
  4. Choose an existing signature, or continue to create a new one.
  5. Tap Done to insert the signature into the current spreadsheet.

Success Criteria

  • On-screen result: The signature appears in the current spreadsheet.
  • What you can do next: You can continue moving, resizing, or editing it.

  • Common mistake: If you are not in the Insert tab, the Signature button may not appear.

2. Create a handwritten or image signature

Feature entry: Tools → Insert → Signature → Add New Signature

  1. Open the signature panel through Tools → Insert → Signature.
  2. Tap Add New Signature.
  3. Choose Handwritten Signature, Camera Capture, or Import from Photos.
  4. Complete the signature input or image selection.
  5. Tap Done to insert the new signature into the spreadsheet.

  • On-screen result: The new signature is displayed in the spreadsheet.

3. Delete an inserted signature

Feature entry: Select the signature → Delete

  1. Tap the inserted signature in the spreadsheet.
  2. Tap the Delete button shown above the signature.
  3. Or double-tap the signature, then tap Delete on the floating toolbar.
  4. Confirm that the signature has been removed from the current spreadsheet.

  • On-screen result: The signature object disappears from the spreadsheet.

4. Check whether the signature appears in print

Feature entry: Review print output after inserting the signature

  1. Insert the signature by following the earlier steps.
  2. Adjust the signature position so it does not cover important cell content.
  3. Open print preview or start printing.
  4. Check whether the signature appears together with the spreadsheet content in the output.
