When using WPS Signature on iOS, common questions usually involve editing limits, deletion methods, and print results; this FAQ includes 4 common questions and a glossary.
FAQ
Can I adjust the transparency of a signature?
- Signature transparency is not directly adjustable at this time.
- If you need a semi-transparent effect, edit the signature image first in an image editing tool.
- Then import the processed image again through Import from Photos.
How do I delete a signature that I already added?
- Tap the signature you want to remove in the spreadsheet.
- Tap the Delete button above the signature.
- Or double-tap the signature and tap Delete on the floating toolbar.
Will the signature appear in printed output?
- Yes. The signature is part of the spreadsheet content and appears in printed output.
- Before printing, it is a good idea to check print preview and confirm that the signature does not block the main content.
- If needed, return to the file, adjust the position, and print again.
Where else can I quickly add a signature?
- In addition to Tools > Insert > Signature, you can also check the related entry under the Brush tab.
- Then follow the on-screen prompts to choose an existing signature or create a new one.
- After that, insert it into the current spreadsheet.
