1. Send a file from inside a document

Entry point: Share in the top menu bar of the document → Share File

  1. Open the spreadsheet you want to share.
  2. Tap Share in the top menu bar.
  3. Select Share File.
  4. In the sharing options, choose link sharing or file sharing.
  5. Select a destination such as WPS collaboration, WeChat, or Mail, and send it.
  6. The file is sent as an online cloud document or in .xlsx format.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: A sharing panel or available destination list appears.
  • Next action available: You can continue by choosing an app or recipient.
  • Final result: The recipient receives a link or the original file format.

Tips While Using

  • If the recipient needs to keep editing the spreadsheet, choose file sharing first.

2. Send a file from the home page document list

Entry point: Share button for a document on the WPS home page → Share File

  1. Find the document you want to share on the WPS home page.
  2. Tap the Share button next to the document.
  3. Select Share File.
  4. Choose a destination and send it.
