1. Compress a document and share it
Entry: Share icon in the top menu bar of the spreadsheet → Share After Compression
- Open the spreadsheet that you want to share.
- Tap the Share button in the top menu bar.
- Select Share After Compression.
- Tap Compress Now. The file will be compressed and saved automatically.
Success Criteria
- On-screen result: the compression process starts and the file is saved automatically.
- What you can do next: continue sending the compressed file through WeChat, email, or another sharing channel.
Tips While Using
- Permissions or membership: this feature requires WPS Premium.
- Environment limits: keep a network connection when sharing through online channels.
- Common mistake: if the target spreadsheet is not open first, you cannot enter this sharing flow.
