Entry path: Tools tab → View → Screenshot

  1. Open the target spreadsheet that you want to capture.
  2. Tap the Tools tab in the lower-left area of the screen.
  3. Select View in the pop-up menu.
  4. Tap Screenshot.
  5. Drag the frame to select the capture area, and use the pen tool if you want to add annotations.
  6. Tap Done to save the screenshot locally, send it, or copy it.
