Does data submitted through the collection form sync to the spreadsheet?
- After a respondent submits the collection form, the data syncs to the current worksheet.
- Open the Related Collection Sheet panel on the right to review the latest submission records.
- Check the matching worksheet columns to confirm that the new data has been written into the sheet.
Can the same collection form be submitted multiple times?
- By default, the same user can submit the same collection form more than once.
- Each submission creates a new record.
- If you need to limit submissions, check whether the form settings provide a related restriction option.
Can I delete form record content?
- You can delete the corresponding record in the spreadsheet.
- If you need to review it again later, check the form statistics page for the related record.
- Before deleting, confirm whether the data is still needed for reporting or tracking.
