Does data submitted through the collection form sync to the spreadsheet?

  1. After a respondent submits the collection form, the data syncs to the current worksheet.
  2. Open the Related Collection Sheet panel on the right to review the latest submission records.
  3. Check the matching worksheet columns to confirm that the new data has been written into the sheet.

Can the same collection form be submitted multiple times?

  1. By default, the same user can submit the same collection form more than once.
  2. Each submission creates a new record.
  3. If you need to limit submissions, check whether the form settings provide a related restriction option.

Can I delete form record content?

  1. You can delete the corresponding record in the spreadsheet.
  2. If you need to review it again later, check the form statistics page for the related record.
  3. Before deleting, confirm whether the data is still needed for reporting or tracking.
