FAQ

Why can’t I find the Recent Changes entry?

  1. Confirm that the current file is in collaboration mode.
  2. Make sure you opened a collaborative spreadsheet instead of a local offline file.
  3. Check both the Collaboration tab and the file menu for the Recent Changes entry.
  4. If the entry still does not appear, update WPS Office and try again.

Why do I see worksheet-level changes instead of one cell?

  1. Select the target cell or range before opening Recent Changes.
  2. Open the Recent Changes menu again.
  3. Choose Cell Recent Changes for a more focused result.

Why can’t I see older change records?

  1. This feature provides time ranges such as today, the last 3 days, and the last 7 days.
  2. Change records are retained for a limited period, so older records may no longer be available.
  3. If you need a broader review of collaboration activity, combine this feature with other history-related views.

How do I review the full order of worksheet changes?

  1. Start with Recent Changes to review edits in the target time range.
  2. If you need the full sequence, continue with worksheet Auto Replay.
  3. Compare the time-range records with the replay result for a clearer review.
