1. Open print settings

Entry point: File Operations → Print, or press Command+P

  1. Open the collaborative spreadsheet.
  2. Press Command+P, or click Print under File Operations.

2. Print a document from the Home tab

3. Configure print settings

Entry point: Print preview → right-side print settings panel

  1. Select a local printer, or choose WPS PDF for PDF output.
  2. Set the paper size and paper orientation.
  3. Select the current worksheet or enter a page range.
  4. Choose black-and-white or color printing.
  5. Set pages per sheet.
  6. Choose no scaling or set a scaling percentage.

  • UI state: The settings in the right-side panel are updated.
  • Next actions: You can review the result in preview and then print or export.

4. Adjust margins

Entry point: Print preview → Margins / Adjust Margins

  1. In print preview, click the margin-related option.
  2. Select a preset such as Normal, Narrow, or Moderate.
  3. If you need finer control, choose Adjust Margins.
  4. Drag the page border lines manually and watch the preview update.
