1. Enter Print Preview

Entry: Top menu bar More → Print

  1. Open the spreadsheet you want to print.
  2. Tap More in the top menu bar.
  3. Tap Print to open the print settings screen.
  4. Set options such as Print Range, Orientation, Page Scaling, and More Settings as needed.
  5. Tap Print in the upper-right corner to enter print preview.

  • Interface result: The print preview screen opens and shows the current page output.

2. Send a Print Job

Entry: Print preview screen → Print

  1. Review the current page in print preview.
  2. Select an available network printer.
  3. Adjust presets, copies, print range, duplex, paper size, orientation, scaling, media and quality, layout, and other available options as needed.
  4. Confirm the settings and tap Print to send the job.
