FAQ

What should I do if no printer is available?

  1. Make sure your phone and printer are in a connectable state.
  2. Check whether the printer is on the same network or has mobile printing service enabled.
  3. Return to the print screen, select the printer again, and try printing once more.

How can I improve print quality?

  1. Open the Media & Quality related settings in the print options.
  2. Adjust print quality or related output settings as needed.
  3. Preview the page again and resend the print job.

Why do the available print options change after I switch printers?

  1. Different printers support different print capabilities.
  2. If options such as single-sided, duplex, grayscale, or color are missing, the current printer usually does not support them.
  3. You can switch to another printer that supports the needed options, or print with the options currently available.
