1. Locate Referenced Cells
Entry: Formulas tab → Locate Referenced Cells
- Select the cell whose reference relationship you want to review.
- Click Locate Referenced Cells on the Formulas tab.
- Review the referenced cells shown in the dialog.
- Click Locate to continue tracing the data source.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The dialog shows the cells referenced by the current cell.
- Next action available: You can click Locate to continue reviewing the source location.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If the selected cell is not related to a formula result, the expected reference relationship may not appear.
- Environment note: This feature works in worksheets that contain formula references. It is not intended for plain static values.
