Why can’t I use some icons directly?
- Check whether the icon shows a membership label.
- If it does, the asset is available only under the corresponding account permissions.
- If you only need basic annotation, choose an icon that is currently available to your account.
What is the difference between Picture over Cells and Picture in Cell?
- Picture over Cells places the icon above the cells and lets you move it more freely.
- Picture in Cell embeds the icon inside a cell and fits it to the cell area.
- Choose Picture over Cells for freer layout, or Picture in Cell when you want the icon to stay aligned with the spreadsheet structure.
Why is the icon hard to move after insertion?
- First make sure the icon is selected.
- If it was inserted with Picture in Cell, its position follows the cell and is not as free as a floating icon.
- If you need more flexible placement, insert the icon again with Picture over Cells.
