1. Insert icons

Entry: Tools → Insert → Floating Image / Cell Image → Icon

1. Tap Tools at the bottom.
2. Select the Insert tab.
3. Tap Floating Image or Cell Image, then switch to Icon.
4. Browse categories such as Featured, Basic Shapes, and Markers & Signs in the icon library.
5. Tap the icon you want to insert.
6. If you choose Floating Image, the icon appears above the cell area. If you choose Cell Image, the icon is embedded in the cell and adapts to the cell size.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: The selected icon appears in the current spreadsheet.
• Next action available: You can continue selecting the icon and adjust its position or size.

Tips While Using

• Permissions or membership: Some icon materials are marked for members and require WPS Premium.

Entry: Select an inserted icon

1. Tap the inserted icon to bring up the floating toolbar.
2. Drag the icon to change its position in the spreadsheet.
3. Drag the control points on the icon border to resize it.
4. Tap anywhere outside the icon to finish the adjustment.
5. If the icon was inserted as a Cell Image, its position stays inside the cell and displays with the cell size.
