Why can’t I use some icons directly?
- Check whether the icon has a membership mark.
- If it does, you need WPS Premium to use that icon.
- If it does not have a membership mark but still cannot be inserted, go back to the Icon category and try again.
What is the difference between Floating Image and Cell Image?
- A Floating Image appears above the cells and can be moved independently.
- A Cell Image is embedded in a cell and its display size adapts to the cell.
- Choose Floating Image when you need freer placement, and choose Cell Image when you want the icon to stay with the cell.
Why can’t I move an inserted icon freely?
- First check whether the icon was inserted as a Cell Image.
- A Cell Image stays inside the cell and does not float freely like a Floating Image.
- If you need freer positioning, insert the icon again with Floating Image.
