Common questions about WPS Freeze usually involve collaboration impact, freeze range selection, and display behavior; this FAQ covers 3 frequent questions and quick solutions.

FAQ

Will the freeze setting I apply in collaboration mode affect other people?

  1. First confirm whether the worksheet is being viewed in a shared collaboration scenario.
  2. If teammates notice a view change, ask them to check the current freeze status.
  3. If the team needs a consistent viewing method, agree in advance on whether to use freezing.

Why can’t some rows or columns be frozen as expected?

  1. Check whether you selected the correct active cell.
  2. Freeze to Active Cell only freezes the rows above and the columns to the left of that cell.
  3. If the result is not what you expected, unfreeze the sheet, select the target cell again, and repeat the action.

Why doesn’t freezing repeat headers when I print?

  1. Freeze affects on-screen display only and is different from print title settings.
  2. If you need repeated headers in print, configure print title rows or columns separately in print-related settings.
  3. Preview the print result before exporting or printing the file.
