WPS Edit Chart on macOS FAQ

Last updated:July 16, 2026

When using Edit Chart in WPS on macOS, common questions usually involve collaboration visibility, data refresh behavior, and finding the correct editing entry; this FAQ includes 3 common questions and a glossary.

FAQ

Can other collaborators see the chart after I edit it in collaboration mode?

  1. After editing the chart in a collaborative spreadsheet, first confirm that the changes are visible on your screen.
  2. Keep the network connected so the collaborative content can sync normally.
  3. Other online collaborators can refresh or reopen the spreadsheet to view the updated chart.

What should I do if the chart does not change after the source data is updated?

  1. Check whether the edited cells are inside the data range currently used by the chart.
  2. If the data range is incomplete, open Edit Chart and set the data range again.
  3. Return to the chart and confirm whether it now reflects the updated data.

Why can't I find the Chart Elements or Chart Styles option?

  1. Click the chart first and make sure the chart object is selected.
  2. If the option still does not appear, try double-clicking the chart or right-clicking the chart area to view available commands.
  3. If the sheet does not contain an editable chart, confirm that the selected object is a chart rather than a regular image.
