1. Encrypt a document while editing

Entry point: Tap the top-right “≡” icon → Select Document Encryption → Turn on Password Encryption

1. Open the document that you want to protect.
2. Tap the top-right “≡” icon.
3. Select Document Encryption from the list.
4. Turn on Password Encryption.
5. In the pop-up panel, set the password options.
6. Set Open Password if you want to control who can open and view the file.
7. Set Modify Password if you want to control who can edit the file.
8. Tap OK to save the settings.

• UI state: The file shows that the encryption settings have been saved.
