1. Set Data Validation

Entry path: Tools → Data → Data Validation

1. Select the cell or range where you want to add data validation.
2. Tap Tools at the bottom of the screen, then open the Data tab.
3. Tap Data Validation.
4. Choose a rule type such as Any Value, Integer, Decimal, List, Date, Time, or Text Length.
5. Set the specific condition for the selected rule type.
6. Tap OK to apply the data validation rule to the selected cell or range.
