1. Set Data Validation
Entry path: Tools → Data → Data Validation
- Select the cell or range where you want to add data validation.
- Tap Tools at the bottom of the screen, then open the Data tab.
- Tap Data Validation.
- Choose a rule type such as Any Value, Integer, Decimal, List, Date, Time, or Text Length.
- Set the specific condition for the selected rule type.
- Tap OK to apply the data validation rule to the selected cell or range.

2. Clear Data Validation
Entry path: Tools → Data → Data Validation
- Select the cell or range where you want to remove data validation.
- Tap Tools at the bottom of the screen, then open the Data tab.
- Tap Data Validation.
- Change the validation type to Any Value.
