1. Create a Comment
Entry path: Tools → Review → Comment → New Comment
- Select the cell where you want to add a comment.
- Tap Tools at the bottom of the screen.
- Open the Review tab.
- Tap Comment.
- Tap New Comment.
- Enter your text in the comment box.
- Tap Done to save the comment.
- Return to the editing page and check whether the target cell shows a comment marker in the upper-right corner.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The target cell shows a comment marker.
- Next action available: You can continue to view, edit, or delete the comment.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you do not select a cell first, you may not enter the intended comment flow directly.

2. Edit a Comment
Entry path: Tools → Review → Comment → Edit Comment
- Select the cell that already contains a comment.
- Tap Tools at the bottom of the screen.
- Open the Review tab.
- Tap Comment.
- Tap Edit Comment.
- Change the text in the comment box.
- Tap Done to save the update.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: When you open the comment again, the updated content is shown.
- Next action available: You can continue to add clarification or delete the comment.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If the selected cell does not contain a comment, you cannot enter comment editing.

3. Delete a Comment
Entry path: Tools → Review → Comment → Delete Comment
- Select the cell whose comment you want to remove.
- Tap Tools at the bottom of the screen.
- Open the Review tab.
- Tap Comment.
- Tap Delete Comment.

- Interface result: The comment marker disappears from the target cell.
- Next action available: You can add a new comment to the cell again.
