Why are some cells not included in Sum or Average?
- Check whether the related cells contain valid numeric values.
- If a cell contains spaces, symbols, or non-numeric text, it usually does not participate in numeric calculations.
- Clean up the data, select the range again, and review the statistics bar one more time.
What is the difference between Count and Numerical Count?
- Count shows how many selected cells contain content.
- Numerical Count shows how many selected cells contain valid numeric values that can participate in calculations.
- If the selected range includes text, symbols, and numbers together, the two results may be different.
How do I quickly send a statistics result to chat or notes?
- Turn on Display Sum and select the target range.
- Tap the statistic you need in the bar at the top of the screen.
- After the result is copied to the clipboard, paste it into chat, notes, or another input field.
