Why can’t I find the Version History entry?
- Make sure the current file has been saved to WPS Cloud.
- Confirm that you opened an editable document instead of a temporary local file.
- Check your network connection and reopen the document.
- Tap the top-right
≡icon and look again for Version History.
Does Version History Backup require a membership?
- This feature itself does not show a membership requirement.
- As long as the document is saved to WPS Cloud, you can view and manage version history.
- If you also need more cloud storage or additional advanced tools, you can choose a WPS Premium plan.
Can I check an older version before I restore it?
- Yes. Open Version History first.
- Tap the
...icon next to the target version. - Select Preview to review the content.
- After you confirm it is the right version, use Restore This Version.
