1. Turn on Spell Check

Feature entry: Review tab → Spell Check

1. Open the document you want to review.
2. Click the Review tab at the top of the window.
3. Click Spell Check.
4. Wait while the app checks the document for spelling errors.
5. Review the content marked with a red wavy underline.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: Incorrect content is marked with a red wavy underline.
• Next action available: You can click a marked word to review suggestions and replace or ignore it.

Tips While Using

• Common mistake: If no document is open, you cannot run Spell Check on document content.
• Environment note: Use this feature in a text document editing view.

2. Correct spelling errors

Feature entry: Left-click a word with a red wavy underline

1. Find a word marked with a red wavy underline in the document.
2. Left-click the word.
3. Review the correction suggestions.
4. Click the correct spelling to replace the word.
5. If you do not want to change it now, choose Always Ignore for that word.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: The incorrect word is replaced with the selected suggestion, or the ignored word is no longer flagged.
• Next action available: You can continue reviewing the next marked word.

• Common mistake: Skipping suggestions without review may leave incorrect content in the document.

3. Recheck ignored words

Feature entry: Review tab → Recheck Ignored Words

1. Open a document where Spell Check has already been used.
2. Click the Review tab at the top of the window.
3. Click Spell Check.
4. Run the recheck ignored words action.
5. Confirm that previously ignored content is marked again with a red wavy underline.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: Previously ignored words return to a review state.
• Next action available: You can review suggestions again and decide whether to replace or ignore them.

Tips While Using

• Common mistake: Assuming ignored words cannot be checked again later.
• Environment note: This works only when there are words that were ignored earlier.
