1. Simplified and Traditional Chinese Conversion
Entry path: Tools → Review → Simplified/Traditional Conversion
- Select the text you want to convert, or tap the paragraph you want to convert.
- Tap Tools at the bottom.
- Select the Review tab.
- Tap Simplified/Traditional Conversion.
- If the selected text is in Simplified Chinese, it changes to Traditional Chinese. If it is in Traditional Chinese, it changes to Simplified Chinese.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The selected text or current paragraph appears in the other Chinese writing system.
- What you can do next: You can continue editing, copying, saving, or sharing the document.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If no text is selected, WPS processes the current paragraph.
- Permissions or membership: This feature is available without membership.
- Environment note: Open an editable text document first and make sure the Review entry is available.
