Can I convert only part of the text?
- Select the text you want to process in the document.
- Tap Tools and open Review.
- Tap Simplified/Traditional Conversion. Only the selected content is converted.
Do I need to select the whole paragraph before converting it?
- Place the cursor anywhere in the target paragraph.
- Tap Tools and open Review.
- Tap Simplified/Traditional Conversion. WPS identifies the current paragraph and converts it.
Why can't I find the Simplified/Traditional Conversion button?
- Make sure the current file is a text document and that it is editable.
- Tap Tools, then switch to the Review tab.
- If the entry is still missing, update WPS Office and reopen the document to check again.
