1. Sync to a computer through WPS Cloud Documents

Entry point: Save the document to WPS Cloud Documents

1. Save the current document to WPS Drive on your Android device.
2. Open WPS Office on your computer and sign in with the same WPS account.
3. Open Cloud Documents and find the synced file.
4. Open the document and continue editing on your computer.

Success Criteria

• UI state: The document saved on Android appears in Cloud Documents on the computer.
• Next actions: The document opens normally and can be edited on the computer.

2. Send to a computer with Edit on PC

Entry point: Bottom toolbar in reading mode → Edit on PC

1. Open the file on your Android device, or switch to reading mode.
2. Tap Edit on PC on the bottom toolbar.
3. Select the computer that should receive the document.
4. Tap Send.
5. On the computer, sign in with the same WPS account and receive the document.
6. If needed, open Transfer History to check the transfer result.
