1. Take a screenshot and save, send, or copy it
Entry point: Tools → View → Screenshot
- Open the target document that you want to capture.
- Tap Tools in the lower-left corner of the screen.
- In the pop-up menu, select View.
- Tap Screenshot.
- Drag to select the screenshot area, and use the pen tool if you want to add annotations.
- Tap Done to save the screenshot locally, send it, or copy it.
Success Criteria
- UI state: The selected area is captured and a screenshot result is generated.
- Next actions: You can save the result locally, send it to someone else, or copy it to the clipboard.
Tips While Using
- Common mistakes: If the selected area is too small, part of the content may be missed. Check the selection before finishing.
