1. Start Printing

Entry: Top menu bar More > Print

  1. Open the document you want to print.
  2. Tap More in the top menu bar.
  3. Tap Print.
  4. In the print screen, view the printers connected to the current device or add a printer.
  5. If needed, choose another output method such as Export as Print File or System Print Service.
  6. Tap Print to start the print job.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The print screen opens and shows available printers or related output options.
  • Next action available: You can continue to adjust print settings or send the print job directly.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If the target document is not open first, you cannot start the print flow for that document directly.

2. Adjust Print Settings

Entry: Print > Print Settings

  1. Open Print Settings in the print preview screen.
  2. Select a printer and use an available network printer if needed.
  3. Choose a preset such as color or grayscale printing.
  4. Set the number of copies.
  5. Set the print range, including all pages, the current page, or a custom page range.
  6. Adjust duplex mode, paper size, orientation, scale, media and quality, and layout as needed.
  7. Confirm the settings and tap Print to send the job to the printer.

  • Interface result: The settings in print preview are adjusted as needed.
  • Next action available: After you tap Print, the job can be sent to the selected printer.
