FAQ

What should I do if I cannot find an available printer?

  1. Make sure your phone and printer are in a network environment where they can communicate normally.
  2. Check that the printer is turned on and supports a print service that works with the current mobile device.
  3. Reopen the print screen to view printers connected to the current device, and add a printer if needed.
  4. If you still cannot connect to a printer, use Export as Print File or System Print Service first.

What should I do if the print quality is not ideal?

  1. Open Print Settings in the print preview screen.
  2. Find the Media and Quality related options.
  3. Adjust the print quality or related media settings as needed.
  4. Preview again and resend the print job.

Why do the available settings change after I switch printers?

  1. Different printers support different print capabilities.
  2. After you select another printer, the print settings page updates based on what that printer supports.
  3. If you do not see options such as single-sided, duplex, grayscale, or color, the current printer usually does not support changing that setting.
  4. If you need a specific setting, switch to a printer that supports it and try again.
