1. Insert a table with specific rows and columns from the Insert tab

Entry: Insert → Table → Insert Table

  1. Place the cursor where you want to insert the table.
  2. Click the Insert tab.
  3. Click Table.
  4. Drag across the grid to choose the number of rows and columns, such as 3 × 4.
  5. Click the left mouse button to insert the table.

2. Create a table from the insertion entry under the Home tab
