1. Insert a blank page from the Insert tab
Entry: Insert tab → Blank Page
- Place the cursor where you want to insert the blank page.
- Click the Insert tab.
- Click the Blank Page drop-down menu.
- Select a Portrait blank page or Landscape blank page.
- WPS inserts a blank page after the cursor position.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: A new blank page appears in the current document.
- Next action available: You can continue typing, formatting, or saving the document on the new page.
Tips While Using
- If the cursor is in the wrong place, the blank page may be inserted in an unexpected position.
- The new page continues to follow the document's existing layout flow.
2. Insert a blank page from the Home tab
Entry: Home tab → Insert → Blank Page
- Place the cursor where you want to insert the blank page.
- On the Home tab, click Insert.
- Select Blank Page.
- Select a Portrait blank page or Landscape blank page.
