1. Start document finalization from Review

Entry point: Review → Finalize Document → Finalize Document

  1. Open the document you want to finalize in WPS Docs on iOS.
  2. Tap Review.
  3. Tap Finalize Document, then tap Finalize Document again.
  4. Tap Confirm. The document switches to online collaboration mode and is marked as final.

  5. To change permissions, select Settings, then turn Anyone can finalize on or off.
  6. Finish the setting change you need.
