Entry point: Review → Finalize Document → Finalize Document
- Open the document you want to finalize in WPS Docs on iOS.
- Tap Review.
- Tap Finalize Document, then tap Finalize Document again.
- Tap Confirm. The document switches to online collaboration mode and is marked as final.

- Finish the setting change you need.
