Why can’t I find the Export As entry on Mac?

  1. First confirm that you have opened a WPS Cloud Document.
  2. Check whether the Efficiency tab appears at the top, or whether the File Operations (☰) button appears in the upper-left corner.
  3. Look for the entry in the Efficiency tab and in File Operations → Export As.
  4. If the entry still does not appear, update to the latest version of WPS Office for Mac and reopen the document.

Why do I still need to choose Export as Online PDF or Export to Local when exporting a PDF?

  1. In the export panel, first set the export range and export content.
  2. After you click Export, choose the output method that matches your use case.
  3. If you need to distribute the file online or continue working with it online, choose Export as Online PDF.
  4. If you want to save the file to a local folder on your Mac, choose Export to Local.

Can I still edit the text after exporting as an image?

  1. After you export as an image, the document content is saved as an image file.
  2. The text in the image is no longer editable as document text.
  3. If you still need to revise the content, keep the original document or also export a Word file.

Where is the file saved after I export to Word (.docx)?

  1. When you run Export to Word (.docx), the system asks you to choose a save location.
