1. Copy Text

Entry path: Edit mode → Long-press text → Copy

  1. Open the document and enter edit mode.
  2. Long-press the text you want to copy.
  3. Drag the selection handles on both sides to adjust the selected range.
  4. Tap Copy on the floating toolbar.
  5. The selected text is saved to the system clipboard and can be pasted elsewhere.

  • On-screen result: The Copy option appears after text is selected.
  • Next action available: You can paste the copied content into another editable location.

2. Paste Text

Entry path: Edit mode → Tap target position → Paste

  1. Open the document and enter edit mode.
  2. Tap the location where you want to insert content so the cursor appears there.
  3. Tap Paste on the floating toolbar near the cursor.
  4. The clipboard content is inserted at the current position.

Success Criteria

  • On-screen result: The copied or cut text appears at the target position.
  • Next action available: You can continue editing, copying, or saving the document.

3. Cut Text

Entry path: Edit mode → Long-press text → Cut

  3. Tap Cut on the floating toolbar.
  4. The selected text is removed from its original position and saved to the system clipboard.
  5. Tap the new target position and use Paste.
