FAQ

Why can’t I copy or paste?

  1. Confirm that the document is already in edit mode.
  2. Check whether the document is read-only or whether the current area allows editing.
  3. If the issue continues, close the document, reopen it, and try again.
  4. If needed, check whether the system clipboard is being affected by another app.

Why can’t content copied from another app be pasted normally?

  1. Check whether the copied content is plain text, an image, or mixed content.
  2. Confirm whether the source app limits copying or whether iOS clipboard access affects the result.
  3. Try copying plain text first and paste it into the document to test the behavior.
  4. For special content types, use insert or import methods if needed.

Why does an image copied from a website paste abnormally in the document?

  1. Confirm that the copied object is an actual image rather than a web link or code fragment.
  2. If the pasted result is not correct, save the image to Photos or Files first.
  3. Return to the document and add it again by inserting the image or copying the local image.
  4. Check the final display result after insertion.
