1. Set Table Shading
Entry path: Select the whole table → Floating toolbar → Table Properties → Shading
- Open a document that contains a table, then select the whole table you want to adjust.
- Tap Table Properties on the floating toolbar.
- Open the Shading tab.
- Choose the color you want.
- In Apply, choose the scope for the color, such as text, paragraph, cell, or the whole table.
- Tap OK in the upper-right corner to finish.
Success Criteria
- On-screen result: The selected area of the table shows the shading color you chose.

2. Set Alignment and Wrapping
Entry path: Select the whole table → Floating toolbar → Table Properties → Alignment and Wrapping
- Open the document and select the whole table you want to adjust.
- Tap Table Properties on the floating toolbar.
- Open the Alignment and Wrapping tab.
- Under Alignment, choose left, center, or right.
- Under Wrapping, choose none or wrapped text.
- Tap OK in the upper-right corner to save the setting.
