When using WPS Collaboration Page Margins, the most common questions fall into 3 areas: apply scope, collaboration display, and print layout. This FAQ includes 3 common questions and a glossary.
FAQ
Why were my margin settings not applied to the whole document?
- Open the Page tab and go to Margins > Custom Margins.
- Check whether the current apply scope is set to the current section or from the insertion point forward.
- If you want the same margins across the whole document, choose the full-document scope and click OK again.
Can other collaborators see margin changes in collaboration mode?
- After changing the margins in the collaborative document, confirm that the document has been saved or synced normally.
- Ask collaborators to keep their network connection active and refresh the current document view.
- If the layout still looks different, ask them to reopen the document and check the latest page layout.
Why do the margins still look wrong when I print the document?
- First, check whether the document margin settings are correct.
- Then confirm whether the printer has a minimum printable margin limit.
- If the print preview still looks off, increase the margins slightly and preview again before printing.
