Why can’t I find the Hyperlink entry?
- Make sure the current file is an editable document instead of a read-only preview.
- Tap Tools at the bottom, then open the Insert tab.
- Look for Hyperlink in the insert tools list.
- If it still does not appear, update WPS Office and reopen the document.
What types of links can I insert?
- Open Tools → Insert → Hyperlink.
- Choose the link content type you need.
- Available types include a website, an email address, and a place in the document.
- Tap OK to insert the link.
Why doesn’t the link open the webpage?
- Check whether the inserted address is complete and correctly formatted.
- Confirm that your device currently has a working network connection.
- If it is a link to a place in the document, make sure the target location still exists.
- Edit the link again, save the document, and test it once more.
