Why can’t I see comments in my document?
- Open the Review tab.
- Check whether Show Comment Box is enabled in the Comment area.
- If you want to review all comments together, open Show Comment Panel.
- In collaborative work, confirm that your network connection is available and that you opened the correct document version.
Do comments affect the body text or layout?
- Comments are used to add notes and discussion outside the main body text.
- Adding, replying to, or resolving comments does not directly change the body content.
- Comment details such as the commenter name and time are shown separately and do not change the document layout.
How do I notify a specific collaborator in a comment?
- Type @ while adding a comment or reply.
- Select the target document collaborator or contact from the suggestion list.
- Submit the comment to send the notification.

How to resolve comments in WPS on Windows and reopen them later?
- Click the comment that has already been handled.
- Check its current resolved status in the comment box.
