Why can’t I see comments in my document?
- Open the document and click the Review tab.
- Check whether Show Comment Box is turned on in the Comment area.
- If comments still do not appear, open Show Comment Panel to check whether the comments are resolved or filtered.
- Confirm that you are viewing the document version that contains the comments.
Do comments change the main text or layout?
- Comments are attached to a location in the document for feedback and discussion.
- Adding, replying to, editing, or resolving comments does not directly rewrite the main body text.
- If you need to change the document itself, edit the body text separately.
Can collaborators see the comments I add?
- In collaboration mode, collaborators can view the comments.
- Each comment shows the commenter name and time so the discussion can be tracked.
- If you want to notify a specific person, type @ when you add the comment and choose that collaborator.
How to add comments in WPS on macOS more quickly?
- Select the text or object you want to annotate.
- Press Option + Command + M.
- Type your comment in the comment box and submit it.
- If you prefer mouse actions, you can also use the right-click menu or the quick icon on the right side.
