1. Insert a Bookmark

Entry path: Tools → Insert → Insert Bookmark

1. Open the document you want to edit and tap the position where you want to add a bookmark.
2. Tap Tools at the bottom.
3. Open the Insert tab.
4. Tap Insert Bookmark.

Success Criteria

• A bookmark is added at the selected position.
• The bookmark can be found later in the bookmark list.

Tips While Using

• Confirm the cursor position before inserting the bookmark.

2. Jump to a Bookmark Quickly

Entry path: Tools → Insert → View Bookmarks

1. Open the target document.
2. Tap Tools at the bottom.
3. Open the Insert tab.
4. Tap View Bookmarks.
5. Tap the bookmark you want in the list to jump to that location.

Success Criteria

• The document view jumps to the selected bookmark location.

3. Rename a Bookmark

Entry path: Tools → Insert → View Bookmarks → Press and hold a bookmark → Rename

3. Tap View Bookmarks.
4. Press and hold the bookmark you want to rename.
5. Tap Rename.
6. Enter the new bookmark name and confirm.

• Bookmark names cannot contain spaces.
• Do not use special characters such as / \ : * ? " < >.
• Use short and recognizable names.

4. Delete a Bookmark

Entry path: Tools → Insert → View Bookmarks → Press and hold a bookmark → Delete

1. Tap Tools at the bottom.
2. Open the Insert tab.
3. Tap View Bookmarks.
4. Press and hold the bookmark you want to delete.
5. Tap Delete.

Success Criteria

• The selected bookmark is removed from the list.
• The document content stays unchanged.

Tips While Using

• Deleting a bookmark removes only the marker, not the document content.
• One location can contain multiple bookmarks, so confirm the bookmark name before deleting it.
