Why can’t I save my bookmark name?
- Check whether the name contains spaces.
- Check whether it includes special characters such as / \ : * ? " < >.
- Use a short Chinese or English name and save it again.
Does deleting a bookmark affect the document content?
- No.
- Deleting a bookmark removes only the location marker.
- The text, images, and layout in the document remain unchanged.
Why can’t I find a bookmark I added earlier?
- Make sure you opened the original document file.
- Tap Tools and open the Insert tab.
- Tap View Bookmarks to check the bookmark list.
- If the file was saved as another version, open the correct version and check again.
Can I add more than one bookmark to the same location?
