1. Set a Color Background

Entry: Page → Background

  1. Click the Page tab.
  2. Click Background.
  3. Select the color you want from the color background list.
  4. If you want to see more preset colors, click More Colors.
  5. Click the target color to apply it to the entire document.

  • Interface result: All pages in the current document show the selected background color.
  • Next action available: You can continue editing, save the document, or adjust the background again.

2. Set a Custom Color Background

Entry: Page → Background → More Colors → Other Colors

  1. Click the Page tab, then click Background.
  2. Click More Colors.
  3. Select Other Colors.
  4. Adjust the color with the color palette or RGB options.
  5. Return to the document area to apply the background color to the entire document.

3. Set an Image Background

Entry: Page → Background → Image Background

  2. Click Background, then select Image Background.

4. Remove the Background

  3. Select No Page Background.
